SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Free shuttle runs 24 hours a day to take you to the terminal and pick you up when you come home.

DESCRIPTION: Driving Directions:

Take 59 to Will Clayton Parkway exit. Go west through two signals, approximately 1 mile. Turn right to enter PreFlight.

What to Expect at PreFlight IAH:

1) The entrance for PreFlight SpeedPark IAH is on Will Clayton Parkway just before Kenswick Ave. If you made a reservation and the "FULL" sign is displayed, don't worry we saved a space for you!

We have two types of parking:
Covered Self Park - Drive straight ahead to the entrance of covered parking. Please wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within five minutes. Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have your parking space identified and directions on where to get picked up upon your return.

Uncovered Self Park - The cashier will give you a specific row to park in. Please proceed to that row following the directional signs on the lot. You may park anywhere on that row. Please note, if you park in an area other than the row the cashier directed you to the shuttle may not be able to find you and your service will be delayed. Please wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within five minutes. Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have your parking space identified and directions on where to get picked up upon your return.

2) Upon your return (we hope you had a great trip), and after you have collected your luggage proceed to the area dedicated for shuttle pick-up for your terminal. Please refer to your red & white slip for further directions. A PreFlight shuttle will arrive at this area within five minutes (for faster service after midnight call 281.358.2900). Please give your red & white slip to the driver. The driver will bring you back to your vehicle.

3) Once you have reached your vehicle follow the signs to the cashier exit located at the entrance plaza. Please have your white ticket, payment, and printed reservation confirmation ready. Please note: your AboutAirportParking.com reservation confirmation must be presented to the cashier before the transaction is completed in order to receive your discounted rate and credit. My experience!

(November 18, 2009) I loved parking with PreFlight, they arrived at my car and got me to the airport in a matter of minutes. When I returned from my trip, they were right there waiting for me at the airport. Not to mention their staff were very friendly! Next time I travel I will be parking with PreFlight! I cant wait!

Great Service

(November 18, 2009) We went right to the spot they told us and the bus met us there. The driver hopped off the bus and grabbed our bags and went right to the airport. Coming back we only waited about 5 minutes for a bus to come and once again the driver helped us with the bags. Excellent Experience.

Everything worked!

(November 17, 2009) thanks for asking me to rate, it was very well done. everyone, from the 2 van drivers to the cashier were personable and helpful and I could see the van drivers were polite and offered assistance to all. The cashier on the way out was jovial and showed her friendliness and will have me remember where to park my car from now on. thanks a lot. see you Thanksgiving day.

Fantastic and Efficient!

(November 16, 2009) This was the first time I had ever parked at the aiport. I usually do Supershuttle or something like that, but this was way cheaper, and I could move on my own time. I was even running a little late and was worried about how long it would take to get to the AP from the parking lot, but the shuttle basically followed me to my parking spot and was waiting for me, so I didn't have to wait for the shuttle for even a second. They were very efficient, and the lady working the booth was super sweet! I will def. do this from now on.
