Driver Alert To Needs of Passengers

(November 4, 2009) Roads were going to be closed due to major repairs, and our driver alerted us to the most expedient route, took us directly to our cars to afford the most efficient exit, and advised the check-out booth of the situation!! OUTSTANDING!! Deserves a "Gold Star!!"

Hassle Free Parking

(October 28, 2009) Parking has never been so easy in any of the previous Airports that I have been to. Everything was on time and the staff were really friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Good Going

(October 21, 2009) I had a good experience. I saved my reservation form that had the bar code on it in the car. I lost the little credit card size ticket that I received at parking. On leaving on 10/18 in the evening I showed the lady my reservation printout and she said the barcode on it identified me as a customer and charged me the rate as if I still had the ticket. I really appreciated this and will be back when I need long term parking again.
