1. How do I get to PreFlight Parking RDU?
From I-40 (East or West): Take exit number 283 for I-540. Follow I-540 to exit number 3 for Lumley Road. Turn right at the stop light. PreFlight is 1 mile on left.

From Highway 70: Take exit number 293 for Lumley/Westgate Roads. Turn onto Lumley Road. PreFlight is 1/10 mile on right.

2. What are your hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3. How do I get picked up?
When you pull in, the cashier will direct you to an open spot. Once parked, just wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle. Be sure to get a red & white locator slip from the driver. The red & white locator slip will have your parking space identified and directions on where to get picked up upon your return.

4. Do you offer covered parking?
Yes, we offer both covered and uncovered parking.

5. Is my car secure at your lot?
Yes, we have security cameras around the facility.

6. Do you offer other services?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of car car services including oil changes, car washes and mechanical services.

Long stay
(January 3, 2012) No particular problems. Would suggest a discount rate for over one week parking. I was not able to use any online discounts since since this is first long trip in years. Overall happy with service.
