Directions from I-20 West (Atlanta):
Take I-20 West to Birmingham. Take exit 133, Kilgore Memorial Drive. At the foot of the ramp, turn left at the traffic light onto Hwy 78/Crestwood Blvd. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Kilgore memorial Drive. At the second traffic light, turn right into Beacon Dr. The Rime Garden Inn&Suites is the first driveway on the right at the top of the hill.

I-20/59 East towards Atlanta, veer right onto I-20 East towards Atlanta. Take exit 133, Kilgore Memorial Drive, bear right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Kilgore Memorial Drive. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Beacon Drive. The Rime Garden Inn & Suites is the first driveway on the right at the top of the hill. Located across the street from Grants Mills Station.

| Convenient and affordable |
| (February 5, 2012) The Shuttle Bus was convenient and the driver was helpful with my bags and luggage. I was able to get to the airport with plenty of time for my departure. I was impressed with the gate so that I knew it would not be just anyone coming and going about my vehicle. I was never worried about my hunk of junk car, but should I have been this would have been nullified by the security gates.
Upon my return I had plenty of time to notify the front desk of my early arrival so we set the time of 5:30PM as the scheduled pick up. Then as I began to wait after the initial time I thought about how busy traffic must have been. I kept waiting and eventually the driver showed up. Apparently I was supposed to be on the upper deck where the shuttle buses park. This was a fact that the front desk did not make me aware of but the driver eventually found me down where the regular traffic pick departs. I would request the driver be given my cell phone number or maybe I should have gotten his number so as to coordinate my arrival. Fortunately I am patient and like the music the driver plays as well as the conversation. But for anyone else I would hope that the driver might offer a business card with a contact number to assist with the speedy pick-up.
I was happy to find my car as I left it, hunk of junk and all. I will definitely use this service again as opposed to the airport parking which is over priced |

| Awesome Service |
| (December 30, 2011) They are awesome! The staff, both at the Inn and the shuttle, are ALWAYS helpfull and kind! I will always use this service as I travel to Chicago often for work! I am in customer service myself. I train drivers to relate to parents and staff of special needs children. Customer Service is the most important! Thank you! |

| Long Wait Time |
| (November 30, 2011) The place was not bad. It was a bit out of the way, but overall seemed well-maintained. The biggest complaint I have is about the shuttle wait time. I had to wait for almost an hour after I called the place for the shuttle to arrive. |
