SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Express Shuttles to and from the airport run 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Feel free to call us after you claim your baggage and a shuttle will be sent for you. Because of the special discounted rate, this lot requires a minimum three day reservation.

1). How often does your shuttle run?

Answer:  Every 10-15 minutes.

2). Should I expect delays when going to the airport?

Answer:  One should expect potential delays due to the construction taking place at Lindbergh Field.  We recommend that you arrive at out lot allowing ample time to get to the airport.

3).  Does your parking lot offer 24 hour security? 

Answer: Yes, we are open and staffed around the clock 7 days a week.

4).  Do you charge an hourly rate?

Answer:  Yes, our hourly rate is $3 per hour up to a maximum of $9 per 24 hours.

Good
(May 18, 2012) Over all not bad. Driver on return was stressed not enough storage room for luggage. He did make room for everyone waiting for the shuttle. Check in & check out process was easy. The lot was clean and somewhat well lit.

Two Thumbs Up!
(May 17, 2012) This was our first time. Super Shuttle was very expensive for two people so we tried this. It was great. The van was waiting when we got there at 5 AM and when we returned at 1 PM a few days later. The driver loaded/unloaded our bags and we got to the airport in no time flat. We felt our car was perfectly safe parked there for 5 days. Cost was half of a shuttle and faster because we did not need to drive around dropping other folks off. Two Thumbs Up - We'll be back.

Pick up at the airport, not good!
(May 9, 2012) Everything was good except for the pick up time and location. They told me to meet them at a place that did not exist when you are at terminal 1. I waited for 1 hr by myself at 1 am! Then when the guy dropped me off in the parking lot by myself at the hour, he just left and di not offer to help me with luggae even though I gave him a tip. More importantly, I wish he would have waited to make sure I got in my car safely. When I left, I saw him just hanging out and I wish he would have taken the time to make sure I was safe, good customer service care!! The intial drive to the airport was good, just pick up that was not :(

(May 9, 2012) I called immediately after getting my luggage and the van was there by the time i came down over the breeze way. The driver was friendly and pleasant at 12am. I had no problems and i have parked other places previously. But your establishment will be my choice from here on out.

good place to park your car
(May 8, 2012) I've used this park and shuttle business twice now and they are really friendly and cheap! there are always people there. I usually get in pretty late and theyll come get me even if I'm the only person at the terminal. Would recommend them to anyone
