Houston George Bush Intercontinental: Service Park

They did everything they advertise, and then some. They handled my luggage for me and got me to the airport quickly, with no hassle. I also owe a HUGE thanks to the driver, Terry. While standing in the long baggage check line at the airport, I noticed that I was missing my camera bag. I'm an amateur photographer and the equipment in that bag was not cheap, and I was very much looking foward making use of it at my destination. I thought my bag was gone forever...but got my parking ticket out and called the number on it anyway. I explained the situation to the lady who answered the phone, and to my surprise, she instantly knew what I was talking about and told me that the driver had been waiting on my call and to wait outside the door and he'd bring it to me! I did as she instructed, and within minutes Terry was back with my camera bag. The fact that my bag was even noticed in time to remember which passenger it belonged to was a surprise, but for them to bring it to me so that I could have it for my trip was above and beyond and I will be forever grateful. They are a class act, and I am very lucky I chose their service that day. Thanks again, for saving me from my own carelessness!!

I have parked here numerous times and have always been treated great. When loading customers, they don't wait for a van to fill up before leaving so they get you there as quick as if you parked in the terminal parking lot. I left my glasses on a van one time and they contacted me before I checked in and ran them back to me. Great service !
