Where will you pick me up on my return?

All pick ups are done from the Federal Circle stop. When arriving back to JFK Airport, please take the air train to Federal Circle and our shuttle will picks you up from there.

What airport parking?
(May 4, 2012) First person at desk did not even know about parking at the hotel. I was almost ready to leave when another desk clerk "helped me out". Machine "ate" my parking ticket and clerk told me that I should not have put the ticket in all the way.... Convenient location. Decent shuttle bus.

(April 11, 2012) Parking area felt secure, car was fine when I returned. The only negative was on check-in. There was one person ahead of me already being attended to. Even though there was a second staff member behind the desk, I had to wait for the first staff member to finish before I was helped. This wait in total was about 10 minutes and annoying considering there was someone that should have helped me sooner.

Great Location; great service
(October 11, 2011) Anyone wanting a safe, reasonable place to park at JFK, and a great hotel at a good price should really consider the Sheraton JFK. Customer service is great, the rooms are nice, and the location is very convenient. Best bargain I have ever had near the airport.
