Our drivers pick you up at your vehcile and they handle the luggage. We are fully fenced, lit and secure with employees available 24/7.

Good Value
(February 4, 2012) Departure shuttle was immediate. Staff was courteous. Arriving back in Phoenix at 8:15pm on a Wed evening, and after calling to ask about pick up location, it took the shuttle just over 15 minutes to pick us up. During that wait, we saw several other shuttle companies' vans make multiple stops at our pick-up point. Check out went very smooth.

(January 18, 2012) was quite distressed to find that I was unable to pay by credit card when we left. we use this facility at least a couple of times every year and the last two times you would not take credit cards due to a computer problem. we do not take checkbooks when we travel and after a week or two of vacation do not always have a lot of cash left. this is very bad

(January 3, 2012) We arrived at the gate around 9 am om Xmas morning. The lit looked closed and we could not find anyone to let us in. I drove around the corner and could not find another entrance. I drove back to the main gate for a last try. I sounded my horn, and only then did someone appear to let us n. the shuttle service to the airport was very slow and I was getting concerned that we may miss our flight. We did not miss our flight. All in all, the service was ok. The driver who pick us up upon our return was great! Very helpful to many travelers.

A good experience
(January 2, 2012) Experience went well. We had a reservation so when we arrived on Christmas Eve someone was at the gate to let us in and directed us where to park. Shuttle arrived promptly. Staff were helpful and polite. Car was as we had left it. Check out went smoothly.
