| (February 2, 2012) I couldn't have been more pleased with the service at the Parking Spot. I had an early morning flight out of Newark and the convenience and promptness of the shuttle was a great relief. When I arrived back in Newark, I called for the shuttle to pick me up, but there was already one right outside the terminal. The drivers were always very helpful and friendly. Definitely a top-notch outfit and so much cheaper than the long-term parking through the airport. |

| (February 1, 2012) This was the first time using the parking lot services and all the process was very smooth. Shuttle drives were very nice and the waiting time for the shuttle was less than 10 minutes. Based on my experience, I will highly recommend the service. |

| (February 1, 2012) Driver was friendly and helped with the bags. No waiting when I dropped the car off. By the time I walked to the pickup area at the airport the driver was pulling up a few minutes later. Could not have asked for anything better.
