From either direction on 280 exit onto 380 East. Exit El Camino Real South (right turn.) Proceed .5 miles and take a left on Angus Avenue (1st traffic light past San Bruno Avenue.) Proceed 5 blocks and take a left on San Mateo Avenue, also called "The Avenue". At the first stop sign turn right over the railroad tracks continuing on San Mateo Avenue for .5 miles to our driveway.

1. Where is SkyPark located?
SkyPark is located at 1000 San Mateo Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066.

2. How far from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is SkyPark located and when should I arrive at the parking facility?
SkyPark is located 2 miles from SFO which is a 5 minute shuttle ride. We request arrival at SkyPark 10-15 minutes before you are required to arrive at the airport for your flight. Most airlines suggest you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours before your scheduled departure time for international flights. If in doubt, check with your airline.

3. How often do SkyPark shuttle vans run to/from the Airport?
SkyPark shuttles run on demand! Drive up to our covered canopy where a valet loads your luggage into a waiting shuttle. When you arrive back into San Francisco call our toll free number at 1-800-244-7275 from Baggage Claim and within minutes a shuttle will arrive to take you to your waiting car. (See #4 below.)

4. What should I do when I arrive back into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) from my trip? How do I get back to my vehicle at SkyPark?
When you return from your trip, please retrieve your luggage first, and then call our toll-free number at 1-800-244-7275 for pick up. Go outside on the departure level and look for the signs for "off airport parking." Wait by the blue and white striped curb. Within minutes, a SkyPark shuttle will pick you up and bring you back to your waiting car.

5. How long will I have to wait for a pick-up at the airport by a SkyPark shuttle van?
We dispatch a shuttle as soon as we receive your call for pick up so SkyPark's pick-up time is typically 5 - 10 minutes.

6. What are SkyPark's hours of operation?
The SkyPark parking facility and shuttle service is open and available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to serve our clients.

7. What other services does SkyPark offer?
SkyPark offers car wash, detail, oil change and other automotive services.

8. How safe is SkyPark's facility?
We have staff on duty 24 hours a day with video surveillance cameras and a security gate with monitored access.

9. What if my trip is cancelled?
SkyPark does not charge for cancelled flights! Show us your airline ticket upon checking out and you will park for free!

10. What if I have a dead battery, flat tire or I locked my keys in my car upon my return?
SkyPark provides free of charge battery jump-starts and pressurized air to fill your tire. If you lock your keys in your car AAA is just across the street from us and can quickly offer assistance.

11. What if I believe I left something on your shuttle van?
SkyPark logs all lost & found articles and keeps these items under lock and key. Please call 650-875-6655 or email us at info@skypark.com to inquire about any lost items.

12. Can I park vans, trucks and oversized vehicles at SkyPark?
Yes, we can accommodate vehicles that are oversized in our surface parking area. There may be an additional fee depending on size.
