 I was quite pleased
This is the first time I have parked my car in a non-airport lot. A friend recommended Super Saver Parking
in Jacksonville. I'm glad she did. My luggage was loaded into the courtesy car the moment I arrived and I was dropped off exactly where I needed to be. When I came back, I made a quick call to their office and the car arrived within 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

Really Super
I found the employees very helpful and polite.
They take your luggage, load it , drive 3 minutes, let you off and unload the luggage in a Super fast time.
When I returned my car was pulled right up front waiting for me.

Don't Park Here
My car was damaged at this lot on May 31, 2007. I was told to send in a claim and I would be reimbursed immediately. Today is August 15 and I have not received payment for the damages to my car yet. I continue to get the run-a-round. I have parked here for several years, but they will no longer get my business. I advise you to choose another parking lot.
