Drivers nice, system confusing

(November 15, 2009) We made reservations on line which caused confusion at check out. The Drivers were very friendly and helpful.

(September 29, 2009) Hard to locate with instructions given...also found everyone we traveled with got to keep their cars inside out of the weather for the same price that we parked out in the wind for. It would have been cheaper for us to use the airport shuttle to travel from Eau Claire WI, rather than park by the airport...better pricing could offer an offset to make taking the car instead of the shuttle more appealing...and that isn't even factoring in $20 worth of gas for the car.
