Do research

(August 21, 2010) It was a little confusing for our first time. We actually parked in the wrong lot. So we did not get to use our original deposit or special online discounted price. Upon our late return we did not know we were supposed to call the shuttle. So we waited a bit. Another company informed us. Our driver was spectacular and VERY helpful as well as our cashier drew directions for us!!!

(August 5, 2010) The Team Parking lot is easy to drive to, close to the airport and the service was great. The bus followed us in to pick up our baggage right at our car and to let us board there. The driver was at the airport promptly when we returned and took us immediately to the lot and our car. He was very helpful when I did not have my printed copy of my e-mail reservation showing the down payment. He told me to go over to the office and ask to use a computer to look up the confirmation. I will only use the Team Parking lot in the fiture.

Great service

(July 11, 2010) This was our first (but not last) time to use the Team parking lot. Reservations weren't necessary, but it was very nice to get a discount by having booked on-line. Once in the parking, we were surprised to have the shuttle van actually follow us, so that we stepped out of the car and into the van. When we arrived back at MSP airport, once again the van was right there waiting for us and dropped us off (with other passengers) very close to our car. It was pleasant to have cheerful drivers both ways, as well. The price was good and the service was excellent.
