| (May 12, 2012) Shuttle timely, drivers courteous and helpful, no problems whatsoever.
My airline boarding passes were printed out about 20 hours before departure, and they included a coupon for 20% off at The Parking Spot. My reservation had been made days earlier, and the clerk at checkout said the coupon would have to be used "some other time." She also said that it was OK to just "come in and park" without making an online reservation. I think The Parking Spot needs to make the use of coupons clearer! |

| (April 28, 2012) I thought that perhaps since I reserved a spot and paid a deposit that we would not have had to park so far back in the lot.
The shuttle drivers were very courteous and friendly and the driver taking us back to our car really went the extra mile and put our suitcase in the trunk for my husband. |
