Great service
(June 20, 2011) We have used "the spot" parking for years and would not choose anywhere else. The drivers are always helpful and friendly, answering any questions we may have. I have never had any problems at this facility. Highly recommended after numerous visits.

Awesome customer service
(May 23, 2011) I parked here solely because I got a coupon in the mail... now, I will never park anywhere else! Accidentally left my car unlocked during my trip and thought my GPS was missing from it when I arrived back. I mentioned this to the cashier as I was paying, they waived my parking fee and sent me inside to speak to a manager. They couldn't have been any nicer, helping me print a map to get home (I'm new to the area and not very familiar with it yet, especially in the dark!) and taking down all my information concerning my missing GPS, even though I made the mistake of leaving my car unlocked. Embarrassingly (but luckily), I found my GPS as soon as I arrived back at my apartment, but still received a personal phone call from the area manager in the morning, checking on my situation and ready to make the problem right. Everyone I spoke with was so incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about my situation. Best customer service I have received in a long time! Highly recommended.
