Happy with this location
(July 12, 2012) I've used this spot a number of times -- quick service. Once I arrived and they were filled on the covered spots, but they did valet for same price and just moved my car under cover as soon as one opened up. The wait has never been more than 20 minutes, and that was during bad weather and odd circumstances. I usually call them as soon as I arrive and a van is there quickly.

I have been a loyal customer
(August 1, 2008) I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. However, I will no longer park there. The past two times I have used them, I have had to wait for a long time at pick up. Today, I waited 45 minutes before I saw a North shuttle. Four South shuttles passed me, but would not call the north lot. I called after 30 minutes and it took another 15 until they arrived. Horrible service!
