Good value - good service
Posted by: J.P. on August/11/2007
Friendly staff and drivers. Most willing to help with luggage. Give yourself 20-30 minutes before you have to be at the airport. You may be the first one picked up in the lot, but last dropped off - depending on what the route will be. During the summer vacation season and holidays, they may be full - which is a sign that they have a loyal customer base. Advise a reservation, although they charge you about $5 to do so.
Upon return, if arriving after 8pm, always call them, or you may wait forever. I have them programmed into my cell phone, because I use them every week.
Pros: Good reliable service. Choice of covered or uncovered parking.
Cons: Often full lot. Sometimes a little slow.

Good with a few caveats

PSpot North does a good job, but their lot is nearly always full or nearly full and without a reservation, it's sometimes not possible to get a covered spot during the week. Shuttles are good but late-night pickups at the terminals can be spotty -- always call them for a pickup as soon as you hit the curb.
Pros: Their SpotCard system makes for quick and efficient in/out with a discount and printed receipt with a dedicated lane just for SpotCard exits.
Cons: Lot is nearing capacity.

Mixed review

Pros: Can reserve your spot and it's there- love that! Most drivers courteous and helpful.
Cons: Slow to pick-up at the terminal. Have had to wait 30 minutes for them to show up even though I've called. This is very frustrating & the reason for 3 stars vs. 4 or 5.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Slow shuttles. Rude, surly, borderline-hateful customer service. (God help you if you don't have reservations at least 24 hours in advance.) Never enough spaces (twice, they've tried to charge me the higher rate for covered parking, then assigned uncovered parking in a muddy field because no covered, paved spots were available.) And last time, my car got keyed while parked in their lot. Their rates are among the cheapest, but I see why. You get what you pay for. Parking Spot, I'm finished with you... you have permanently lost a good customer.
