SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Our complimentary airport shuttle will shuttle you to the airport 24 hours a day. Please allow 20-30 minutes for parking and shuttle to the terminals. During Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, please allow 30-40 minutes, however we will do our absolute best to expedite this process.
For domestic flights you should arrive at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure and for international flights you should arrive at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure. However, best practice is to contact your airline directly to confirm.
Simply call us at 407-854-6106 when you return from your trip and give us your claim check number. We will instruct you on where to go to meet the complimentary shuttle depending on your location at the Orlando International Airport. We will alert you how long it will be before we pick you up and dispatch the driver at that time to pick you up at the provided location.
