Consistently Good Service
(April 24, 2012) I use Thrifty Parking everytime I fly out of O'Hare, average twice a year. The lot is a convenient location and easy to find. Check in is consistently smooth and takes less than five minutes. A shuttle is usually waiting but if not, it will be there in less than five minutes. Shuttle is clean and confortable. Drives are helpful and courteous. Upon return, shuttle is usually at the airport within 10 minutes. My vehicle is located and ready to go upon my arrival.
