No one there

(November 16, 2009) When we got to Thrifty, we had to park and carry our luggage to a pick up area. There was not a bus there and we had to wait a while. I have never had this happen, but I had never used Thrifty. Usually, you are picked up at your car. I was disappointed. When we arrived back in Dallas, the service was great.

Thrifty Airport Parking Dallas Love Field

(November 3, 2009) Overall the experience was good. The one thing that I would like to suggest is better signs pointing first time users and travelers to and from Dallas/Love Field to the location to be picked up to return to the parking area. If it hadn't been for a very friendly skycap, I don't know if I would have found the pick up location.

Emergency

(October 11, 2009) I was very pleased with the service I received at your lot. I had to fly in early to Dallas. We had a death in the family. I was impressed with the courtious manner that your driver displayed. It really helped in a tough time. Thank you!

(August 15, 2009) You have a very serious problem with the attendant at the cash booth. Both during my arrival on 8/8 and departure on 8/11, the person at the booth was extremely slow in processing my early reservation as well as billing me for my parking. I was overcharged almost $8, and the person said that they work for a different company other than Thrifty, and they are not responsible for people returning early. Your whole advertsing process is a scam and next time I will park at a reputable place.
