Great service

(September 2, 2010) Thrifty parking was great.Best price. Good service. I can't ask for asnything more.

Ease and Efficiency

(August 30, 2010) The Thrifty Parking is easy to get to and the ride to and from the terminal is quick. I have used the facility twice and have been well pleased both times. The lot is right on Mockingbird Lane and easy and quick to get into. The shuttle was immediately at my car as I was removing my bags, it took about two minutes to get the the terminal. Same thing upon return and pickign up my car.

(August 30, 2010) The price and location are very good. There were a couple of things that would have made your service better. 1. It would be very helpful to have each parking space numbers of labeled in some way. This would help travelers to find their vehicle easily. 2. The attendant at the entrance gate was very nice and tried to b e afficient, however, the computer system was down and she tried to help, but in the end, I think she just dealt with the checkout manually. 3, The pick up area for returning travelers is not marked very well and caused considerable confusion.

Parking

(August 25, 2010) It was easy to access the website. My auto was there when I returned which is great. Normally, I'm to catch the shuttle to the airport, then another shuttle to Budget Rental car. But the Shuttle dropped me off directly at the rental car center. I thought that was great & really appreciated it. The whole process was pretty simple.
