(May 31, 2013) I wasn't sure if leaving my car was a good idea. However, when i got there the employees at Thrifty were very nice and the next week when I returned I was very pleased to be dropped off at my car. Thanks

(May 16, 2013) This was my first time using Thrifty Parking. And while the rate was right for my budget, the lack of information was somewhat frustrating. On my return trip NOONE. said I was to stand under the sign that said rental. I stood under the sign that said PARKING!! When I did finally get the driver to stop and pick me up he said he is NOT supposed to pick people who are standing where I was. I am like HUH? Long story short NO ONE informed me... The customer & I called Thrifty twice & spoke to Salazar. He never once asked where I was standing. He would just say the shuttle will be there in 5 mins & hang up. FRUSTRATNG!!! To say the least!!!
