1. How far from the airport is your lot?
We are located 1 block south of the entrance to SeaTac Airport.

2. What exit from the freeway do I take to get to your parking lot?
For Seattle, take exit 152 from I-5 and head west to International Blvd.

3. How long does it take to get to the airport from your parking lot?
From our parking lot in Seattle it will take approximately 7 minutes to Sea-Tac airport.

4. How do I get back to your lot when I return from my trip?
Our shuttles run continuously between 4:30 AM and Midnight.

Between Midnight and 4:30 AM please call for a shuttle by using the courtesy phone on our Car Rental desk.

5. Do you offer airlines miles, how do I get them?
When you leave our parking lot, ask our cashier for an airlines mileage application card. Fill out the card and after you've parked with us three times we will send the card in and have your mileage account credited with the earned mileage.

6. Will you help me with my luggage?
Yes, our shuttle drivers will help you load and unload your luggage. (Our drivers will lift a maximum weight of 45 lbs per bag.)

7. How do you calculate parking charges?
Our parking charges are based on a 24 hour day beginning when you arrive on our parking lot. The rate is plus applicable city, county taxes and airport fees.

8. Do you offer auto services?

BEST EVER

(September 3, 2010) Shuttle service to/from the airport was lickity split. Our return flight into SEA didn't get in until about 11pm. We only had to wait about 3 mins for a Thrifty Shuttle. Also, because our trip was extended by a day, we were nervous that we were going to be charged another $20/day but, NOPE, they didn't charge us anything additional!! Thank you, Thrifty -- we will definitely use you again!

Easy parking experience

(September 2, 2010) Easy to park and get to the airport, especially if you are catching an early morning flight. Fast prompt pickup. We got there very early in the morning (4:50) and ended up walking through the parking area to the Thrifty rental car area to catch the bus, but I guess they are supposed to pick you up at your car.

Excellent Price, Poor Customer Service

(September 2, 2010) We traveled to Hawaii for 7 days. Parking was very reasonable. Driver to the airport complained about someone who commented that he didn't wear his seatbelt. In fact both drivers didn't wear their seat belts. The driver when we returned ignored handling my large suitcase and I loaded and unloaded it myself.

Thrifty Park was great

(September 2, 2010) It was easy to get to. I waiting less than a minute for a bus to come by to take me to the airport. On returning, paying went quickly and I was up to I5 in no time. I would definately use Thrifty again.
