(November 18, 2009) The check-in process was quick and easy, the shuttle was waiting when I dropped my car off and again as soon as I exited the airport. When I was about to leave my car wouldn't start and the staff immediately brought out jumper cables and got me on the road. I was very pleased with services provided and would use them again!

lot was moved or not accesable due to construction

(November 12, 2009) I was unable to find the lot as per your directions and when I asked a driver of the rent a car shuttle I was told it was no longer at that location. I had no time to search futher so I parked at another more expensive lot.

(November 9, 2009) It was great, someone was there waiting on me when I arrived at 4:20 in the morning. When I came back someone was at the airport within 10 min. to take me back to my car. I would park there again it was a great value.
