(May 7, 2013) We use it all the time, even in winter with outdoor parking, as they always have it cleaned off and heated. Can't beat the price. Yes, you have to reserve ahead and it helps to print out the reservation and bring it, but if you are organized, who cares? The busses are frequent and the drivers nice. And we feel the car is safe; never a problem, even late or early.

Excellent 1st time experience
(May 7, 2013) The entire process was easy. I didn't have to wait for a shuttle on either end of my trip and, on the return trip, the shuttle driver called ahead so my car was waiting for me upon my return to Thrifty.
