Valet Issue's
(February 7, 2012) I have always used Thrify and consider it one of the best parking venue's. My issue was on the return trip. The shuttle driver kept on trying to contact the valet so my car would be waiting. No one answered. When we got to the lot there was the valet in the booth eating snacks. It was not busy since I was the only one there to pick up my car. He told me that my car would be driven to the other side of the building for me to pick-up. I waited between 10 - 15 minutes. I looked in the direction of the valet and there he was. I looked at him so it was at that time he decided to bring me my car. If this happens the next time, I will have to re-evaluate where I park at O'Hare.
