Thrifty Airport Parking Chicago O'Hare

(September 2, 2010) Process was easy and convenient! There was very little time waiting for shuttle to and from the airport. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for long term parking.

Great customer service

(September 1, 2010) I got dropped off at the terminal and realized I forgot the diaper bag in my car; talked to staff and requested them to hand over the bag to next shuttle so I can pick it up at the terminal, they said they are not supposed to get into my car and its against the policy. I had no choice but to take the next shuttle to get to my car, I told driver that I have to catch a flight in about an hour, he took me to the parking lot fastly and also paged the staff about my situation. Then I arrive at the parking lot and a lady asks me to sit in her car and she drew me to my car to pickup my diaper bag and she dropped me back at the shuttle, the shuttle took me (only me) to the terminal so I wont miss the flight and my vacation started smoothly as I didnt miss the flight. I am amazed with the customer service and these kind of experiences stay with you for long. This is 2nd time I parked at Ohare Thrifty and I will continue doing that.
