 Better Than Ever
I've been a customer of VIP (now Fasttrack Blue Lot) for over 10 years. Like any business, service levels have been on a roller coaster ride over the years, but at this point with the new management, I'd say they're better than ever. Freindly, fast, efficient...keep up the good work!
Pros: Car always ready when I return; friendly, professional staff; Clean facility; Free coffee.

Theses guys are great
I have used VIP parking many times and keep coming back over and over. They are always open, I have never had to stand in line for very long getting checked out. You can get discount slips from their website. Just print it out and turn it in when you get your car at the end of your trip.
Pros: They are very chearful and helpful. The van picked me right up. The peopel who dirve the vans to and from the airport are always very helpful. The car is parked and warm when you pick it up.
Cons: They are getting very busy and that will lead to not as good service if they are not careful.

Not as good anymore
I have used VIP parking for nearly ten years with good results but have stopped using them now. The buses are getting ragged, they take a long time to get to the airport to pick you up, and generally are falling behind in service. After my last frustrating service with them, I have left them to use another local parking service.
Pros: Generally cheerful at the counter, good rates.
Cons: I think they have too few buses and tend to take a long time picking up at Bradley. Other local parking services seem more responsive now.

I returned after a snowstorm only to find a cracked windshield and they claimed impunity. I was attracted by an incredible long term rate but I won't return.

awful
bought by FASTTRACK ?? They have 3 lots at Bradley now and one type of bus.Don't know which to take? So you have to goto 3 different lots before you get to your car. Too confusing to find out what bus and what lot they all go to.
Pros: none.too big and confusing.
Cons: too many lots and price isn't that great!
