Yes. We have 24/7 security and protected lot access.

2. Will I have to wait long?
We use an expedited check-in procedure....we take your information while our attendant loads your luggage. You are then on your way! We get you to the airport quickly!

3. Do you offer monthly rates
Yes. Just ask when you arrive. Our monthly rates are VERY low.

4. Can I get my car cleaned?
Yes. We give you a free exterior wash, but additionally have a variety of upgrade packages through full detail! The prices are about half what you would pay elsewhere.

5. Anything else?
We offer bottled water, coffee at no charge to you!

(March 11, 2010) Everything went very smooth as it did during my first use of this service.

anxious but very relieved!

(March 4, 2010) not only have i never used this company, i have never used an outside lot to park when going to the airport. i was a little nervous about, not just the car, but the timing back and forth from the terminal. all that was set to ease when we arrived in jacksonville. a friendly and accommodating gentleman picked us up, took our bags and escorted us to our drop-off. the directions were simple and he handed us a card with the number to call when our return flight landed. 3 days later, after 6 hours of traveling, a driver pulls up to Post #1 5 minutes after we stepped off the plane. I'm almost positive while we were gone, somebody washed our car and for such lovely service at such a wonderful price....i would've paid double!

New to the Area

(March 3, 2010) I'm in the process of relocating to Jacksonville and spend most of my weekends flying back and forth to Pennsylvania. I've used a few differenct parking services and this is the one I will be using from now on. The service is outstanding plus they want you to call when you land so they can be there waiting for you instead of the usual "Call after you get your bags." They were there waiting for me instead of the other way around and my car was already pulled up when we got to the lot. A+ Service!

(March 2, 2010) We had a wonderful experience with V.I.P. Park & Ride. We had great service and didn't have to wait for them to pick us up at the airport. We called and they we're waiting outside for us. They washed our vehicle also. We will definately use them again and tell our friends also.

The personel there were all very helpful and friendly, drop-off and pick-up at the airport went smoothly, and it's hard to beat About Airport Parking's price for V.I.P Park & Ride - anywhere! I would definitely use V.I.P. Park & Ride again.
