1. Is my car safe at VIP?
Yes. We have 24/7 security and protected lot access.

2. Will I have to wait long?
We use an expedited check-in procedure....we take your information while our attendant loads your luggage. You are then on your way! We get you to the airport quickly!

3. Do you offer monthly rates
Yes. Just ask when you arrive. Our monthly rates are VERY low.

4. Can I get my car cleaned?
Yes. We give you a free exterior wash, but additionally have a variety of upgrade packages through full detail! The prices are about half what you would pay elsewhere.

5. Anything else?
We offer bottled water, coffee at no charge to you!

super happy!

(March 17, 2010) I parked at this parking place for 10 days. My return flight was cancelled due to weather conditions at the departure city and I had to enlarge my stay at the parking side from 9 to 10 days. I called them about this and asked to keep the same promotional rate I got before for the extra day. They have easily accepted this. When I was back, they did not even charge me for the extra day! Hook-up to and from the airport is extremely easy and quick, staff is very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this parking place to everybody! I was super happy with my experience.

Great value from V.I.P. Park & Ride

(March 16, 2010) We're just back from our first trip where we used V.I.P. for parking at JIA and we're thoroughly pleased with their service. Upon arrival for our outbound flight, they transferred our luggage to their shuttle bus, under cover at their office building, and parked our vehicle for us. The shuttle driver assisted us with our luggage at the terminal. Upon return to JAL, we called them as we were collecting our luggage and we had hardly any wait at all for the bus. The driver transferred out luggage back to our just washed vehicle (again, under cover at their office. V.I.P.'s service is "as advertised" and their parking rate makes this among the best long-term parking values at JAL. We'll definitely be using V.I.P. again.

(March 14, 2010) I am so excited to have a safe, friendly, and efficient place to park at JAX. I will recommend to all my Savannah friends as we all drive to JAX due to better flight fares. I am considering flying much more out of JAX due to your rates and courteous service. It makes it worth the drive if with parking and cheaper fares it is still a better deal than flying out of Savannah. Thanks for making the drive worth it.
