| Fantastic Experience! |
| (February 4, 2012) It was my first time using this company. After driving up from Mason very early Sunday AM, I pulled my car into their garage, registered, gave them my key and a town car whisked me to the airport within a few minutes. On returning I called for pickup and they had a stretch limo pull up within a minute. Wow...very nice after a long flight. After a short ride the driver pulled into their garage and my car was waiting inside. I paid the bill and was off. I almost wished it had been pouring down rain!
Could not have been a better experience with Westwind!

| AAA discount |
| (January 15, 2012) The staff was very friendly and helpful!! My only comment is that I read at the desk as I was paying that I could receive a AAA discount. The staff did not pick up that I was a AAA member and offer the discount. I was not made aware that I had that option when I made reservation. It was after mid-night and they were waiting to go home, so I did not pursure it. I will next time!! |

| (December 31, 2011) Service was beyond Great. Fast, polite, clean. It didn’t matter if it was raining, snowing or cold because all people and luggage exchanged vehicles inside.
I didn't realize that Westwind provided so many services to your vehicle while you are away. Cleaning, detailing, oil change and tube. Next time we travel, I will definitely us Westwind again and I will check the auto care also. If it is as good as the Valet Service, all the Westwind services could become a habit!
Thanks for starting and finishing our Christmas trip on a good note!

| (December 13, 2011) I know if I travel again I will definately use their services. I traveled with a small child and they had my vehicle inside running when I arrived. The only thing I would say would be helpful is when I called to advise them my plane was in they told me wait by the yellow fire hydrant and there were a couple of those that could get confusing but I found them with little to no delay. |
