**ATTENTION: Customers parking at the lot will be provided a promo code at check-in for a complimentary UBER ride for transportation to AND from the airport or cruise port**

Upon arrival at the lot, please enter through the garage at the 4th Ave and F Street entrance. Once inside the garage, there will be four different entry points. Pull to the left lane and take a ticket from the machine. Enter through the gate and drive to the first back wall with the posted black "Reserved Parking" signs. Please park in one of these reserved spots. If stalls are fully occupied, you are welcome to park anywhere else that does NOT have a reserve sign.
Head to the parking office (located next to main entrance) to check in. The office clerk will provide you with instructions for exiting the garage at the time of your departure.
After checking in, please request your UBER ride through the UBER app using promo code given at the office. The most convenient location for pick-up and drop-off will be on 4th Ave near the lot's main entrance.
Lot check-in hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Customers checking in after-hours may park in a space with a black "Reserved Parking" sign (If stalls are fully occupied, you are welcome to park anywhere else that does NOT have a reserve sign). Then request your UBER ride through the UBER app with promo code given at the office. Upon returning back to the lot from your trip, please stop by the parking office to obtain your exit voucher.
