If you park with them prior to 12/31/15, they will direct you to the new lot right next door. If your reservation is for 1/1/16 or after, please go to their new lot on Tallyho. (July 25, 2016) Driver taking us to the airport 9:45 a.m. on 7/15 was very personable & friendly. Great experience. Not so much with the driver picking up on 7/22. The lady taking payment was extremely rude. She talked rude to an incoming customer while we were exiting. Did not greet in a friendly manner. Acted like she hated her job!!!! The lot was fine. Car was safe & sound while gone.

(July 8, 2016) The arrival on the shuttle to the airport was great. The concern with pickup was not enough shuttles was available. It was a lot of people waiting on Wally Park shuttles. The shuttle's were being filled up fashion and others had to wait for the next one.

(February 25, 2016) Very fast shuttle as soon we had a car unloaded they were there to pick us up at our car and when we arrived back home the shuttle was just arriving at the airport. No waiting.

Sufficient parking

(January 3, 2016) Due to the hectic holiday timeframe and the volume of travelers, more staff and equipment should have been available and working. Only one lane with electronic equipment was working. Finally, they opened a 2nd lane but handled transactions manually. After the transactions were completed, we had to park in a secondary parking lot. Waited approximately 7-10 minutes for the shuttle to pick up from their secondary lot. Overall, the service was not bad under the circumstances. Suggested improvements: more staff during peak holiday travel time, working equipment and could use newer shuttle buses. I would definitely park there again.

(December 23, 2015) Walked out of airport and shuttle was driving up. Shuttle driver was curteous. Lot was clean, there were low spots that held water (from the rain)and got feet wet when getting into car. Check-in time was good. Check-out time wasn't as good because of the number of people leaving. Car was just like I left it.
